ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to win & you must be a resident of Australia. All guests of the accommodation must also be over the age of 18.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be a total of 1 winner selected by the director of Moss & Malibu. In the event the potential winner does not qualify or is not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawn from among eligible entries. All decisions of Moss & Malibu are final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The prize winner will be notified via Instagram. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within five business days, another eligible entry will be selected and the new potential prize winner will be notified.
PRIZE DELIVERY: Prize certificates will be emailed to the winner within 2 weeks of prize draw.
GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claims they may have against releases for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or element thereof, or participation in this giveaway.
