Swimwear: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack your order and ship it out (two days for peak periods and during sales.) Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready to go and should start tracking online soon after. If you haven't received your tracking number in this time, just check your spam/junk folder, then mark it as "Not Junk" to prevent this happening again.


Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, during normal business hours. Orders placed after 11am AEST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be sent the next business day.


Activewear: Activewear is part of our new initiative to leave a lighter footprint and is made on demand. 

Shirt: Shipped in 1-2 business days. Delivery is 2-4 business days after shipment.

Leggings: Shipped in 3-6 business days. Deliveries to the US are approx 5 days after shipment. Deliveries to other countries are approx 2-4 weeks after shipment.

Sports Bras: Shipped in 5-10 business days. Deliveries to the US are approx 5 days after shipment. Deliveries to other countries are approx 2-4 weeks after shipment.




Any losses, theft or damage  will not be the responsibility of Moss & Malibu - these claims need to be taken directly to USPS, Australia Post, NZ Post or Canada Post (let us know if we can help you open a case with your postal carrier:



If you have entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it before dispatch. If your parcel has already been packed and/or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Parcels that are misdelivered, delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us by the customer may incur costs (by the postal carrier) and are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not want us to resend your parcel, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, plus any costs incurred returning the parcel will be deducted from the refund amount also.




Please be aware that Moss & Malibu will declare the full value of all parcels. We cannot guarantee that you will or won't be charged customs taxes or duties. All taxes and duties are charged once the parcel arrives in it's destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary country to country and Moss & Malibu are not liable for any clearance fees or holding times.


If a parcel is refused by the customer and returned to sender, all shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes the full shipping cost to send to you (full amount paid by Moss & Malibu not the amount charged on your order) plus the cost of returning the parcel. In most cases, the shipping charges will negate the refund.



Moss & Malibu does it's best to protect your items in transit, by using durable boxes for your swimwear and a sturdy satchel for shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or torn, please open a case with your postal provider. Moss & Malibu cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.



  • Shipping times are not guaranteed. These are guides given out by the Postal Carriers.
  • If your tracking number shows 'delivered' but you have not received it, you need to contact your relevant postal carrier to open an investigation.
  • Sometimes the bank will require us to verify your credit card first - we'll do our best to minimize any delays.
  • Once an order is packed and/or shipped, no changes can be made. You will need to follow the returns process to swap sizes or styles.
