Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Moss & Malibu without creating an account. However, creating an account is quick, easy and makes check out in the future even quicker.

 

What currency is shown online?

All prices and charges are in Aussie Dollars (AUD)

 

Which size should I choose?

We've designed our pieces to minimize the pain and confusion when buying swimwear. Most of our tops and bottoms tie up, so sizing is flexible (phew!)

I have seen an item on the website and now it is sold out. Do items come back in stock?

Not all products will come back in stock. Email us if you would like to find out for sure! contact@mossandmalibu.com

 

Are your items made ethically?

Great question. Yes, we pride ourselves on our quality and our ethical manufacturing practices. All pieces are made by hand on the beautiful island of Bali for a fair price and under good conditions.

 

What payment methods does Moss & Malibu accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. For Australian customers, the option to use AfterPay or ZipPay are also available.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Moss & Malibu?

Absolutely. Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we do not store any cardholder account data. All credit card payment service are secure and are handled by SecurePay who hold the highest level of PCIDSS accreditation.

 

Why is AfterPay declining my order?

AfterPay is a completely separate business to Moss & Malibu, so we can't always tell you why it is declining. However, some of the most common reasons are:

1. You are not an Australian resident.

2. You have exceeded your AfterPay limit.

3. You do not have enough funds in your account to cover the initial payment.

If you continue to have trouble, get in contact with AfterPay directly on 1300 100 729.

 

Does Moss & Malibu ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States (mainland USA and Hawaii only) Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

  

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

Shipping is $7.95 and FREE on Aussie orders over $99!

For NZ, Canada & USA, shipping is $15.95 AUD.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 2-3 business days, let us know and we'll give you an update - it may just be in your spam/junk folder!

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Unfortunately we do not sell gift cards at this point in time.

 

Can I return items?
